We were able to attend my nephews football game on Friday night. We had a quick trip over to the neighboring town, who happened to be the rival when I was in high school. We had fun routing for Big #75! (We didn't know his number before we got there but it was easy for us to pick him out.) It was a great night for football and it was made even better when we won!
The game went back and forth and we were trailing at half time 6 to 18. We scored twice and did a conversion making it 20 to 18. My six year old son looked at me and said with a big smile on his face, "Mommy, 20 is bigger than 18! Were winning!" We never looked backed. It is always fun to prevail over a rival. The team is doing great so far and are 4-1. Here's to having a great season.

Congratulations on a big win! I want to see him play sometime too. Love the slideshow paw, pretty cool.
What a difference seeing their uniforms at the beginning of the game and at the end! Bright & clean to wet & stinky! That's the proof of a good football game! Its not only the score, but how many guys went down in your path, how many bandages, etc. So thankful there are no serious injuries. Its a fun game for tough boys!
