This is my first Menu Plan Monday and I am excited to join in. Since everything is getting so expensive, I am really trying to cut back on eating out. I was surprised how much easier it was when I knew what I was going to have last week, so I have decided to make it a priority for the next couple of weeks to try this. We'll see!Monday: Sausage, Onions and Bell Pepper rolls, corn on the cob, and cobbler.( 5 Italian spicy sausages, one vidalia onion, one bellpepper and jar of spaghetti sauce all dumped into the crockpot. Cook on low all day. Put on rolls and cheese. I got this receipe on this Works for Me Wednesday edition by I do not remember from whom it came.)
Tuesday: Mustgo (everything in the refrigerator Must Go!)
Wednesday: Pork roast, potatoes and carrots, salad and pie. (All thrown in the crock pot on low for all day.)
Thursday: Pork and cheese burritos, refried beans and spanish rice.
Saturday: Pizza with coupons!
Sunday: Orange chicken, rice and steamed broccoli and dessert.
We are blessed to have a field of sweet corn on my father's ranch so it is a staple for dinner! For more menu plans check out http://www.orgjunkie.com/.

Yum. Maybe we can come by each night around dinnertime. What a great plan, saves money, time, stress, and calories. I especially like those crock pot meals....and the pizza of course.
Hello and welcome to MPM!
Planning ahead really helps me save money and sanity.
Mmmm.... sweet corn. I've been buying it fire roasted at Farmer's Market lately. So good.
I see MB in the picture of your kids. I live just up the road. Small blogsphere.

I am sure you will find loads of inspiration from other bloggers menu plans as well, it helps to put variety in our menu plan.
